The delivery includes the following goods:
20’ ISO Container – removable hard top
Total delivery quantity – 50 pieces;
The main characteristic and dimensions are shown in Drawing No CONT-001.
Skip containers – Opened type and closed type
Total delivery quantity – 40 pieces
Stacking capacity – 4 rows (empty container);
Testing and approval according BDS 9394.
The technical description of Skip containers – type SKO7 (open type) are as follow:
Conformity to the standard DIN 30720;
The main constructional materials are:
Steel whit thickness 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10 mm, according DIN 1541 and DIN 1017 from steel S 235 JR EN 10025-1;
profiles UPN, according DIN 1026 from steel S 235 JR EN 10025-1;
L-profile according DIN 37 from steel S 235 JR EN 10025-1;
Rods Ø36, 45 mm according DIN 668 from steel S 235 JR EN 10025-1.
- Surface preparation for painting according BDS EN ISO 8504-3. Anticorrosion coating:
first and second layer - anticorrosive primer PF-16, dry film thickness of a first layer 25-35 μm, dry film thickness of a second layer 25-30 μm; - third layer - Industrial quick-drying enamel paint, dry film thickness of 35-40 μm. Color - blue.
